Built on Care: Paul Hogan’s Path from Omaha Roots to a Global Leader
Scale Omaha Powered by the Nebraska Startup Academy is proud to welcome Paul Hogan, Co-Founder of Home Instead, for an exclusive conversation on building a mission-driven company from Omaha that became a global leader in senior care.
Paul Hogan co-founded Home Instead with his wife Lori in 1994, growing it into the world’s leading provider of senior home care with 1,200 franchise offices across 14 countries. In 2021, Home Instead merged with Honor Technology, combining the largest home care network with a top technology platform to transform the industry.
Hogan has held leadership roles with the World Economic Forum and the World Dementia Council, focusing on aging and healthcare innovation. He has received the U.S. Department of Commerce “E” and “E Star” Awards for international success, and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the International Franchise Association. Hogan also co-authored the USA Today bestseller Stages of Senior Care and serves on several national advisory boards.
Join us to hear how Paul scaled a values-based business with global impact, navigated industry transformation, and stayed rooted in purpose every step of the way.
