We are excited to announce our first speaker who will kick things off for 2025, Jay Lund – Principal of GreenSlate! 🍾
In 2014, Jay co-started GreenSlate to begin work on what is now known as the Blackstone District, which has now scaled to become one of Omaha’s most successful urban in-fill re-developments.
To date, GreenSlate has completed over $250M in development. This includes the creation of over 700 new or renovated housing units, 30 new and locally owned small businesses producing over $30M in annual sales revenue, and the historic renovation of the former Blackstone Hotel now the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel.
